DELIVERY FEE

A flat shipping fee of USD $50 or a similar equivalent in global currencies will be applied to all orders under the free shipping threshold.[AUD $80/ CAD $ 70/ GBP £50]

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Once you've placed an order, we will ship in 10 business days. [Normally within 7 business days] 

PARCEL TRACKING

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email (including a tracking number).

DELIVERY TIME

Usually, you will receive your order within 7 business days after you have received the shipment notification email.

RESCHEDULE DELIVERY DATE

If you are not at the delivery address, please contact the carrier for more information or to reschedule delivery.

We do not currently support payment methods other than credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. For more inquiries, please contact us.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

When should I contact if I want to return or exchange the product?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Can I return and exchange the clothes I receive if they don't fit?

For Clothing products*, we will accept a size exchange request (each order one time only).
*Item listed on the non-returnable items [List] are not exchangeable.

To make a return or exchange requests

To start a return, you can contact us at info@greattengu.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the designated address: [USA/ UK/ Australia].

*To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items [List]

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like all kind if innerwear (such as underwear, socks, leggings, swimwear etc.), perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), all kind of arts and crafts and items that are listed as non-returnable. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How long will it take to receive a new item after returning it?

Upon receipt of the return, a replacement will be dispatched within 14 working days if the returned product complies with the requirements.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
